FieldAI grew out of a mechatronics team’s needs on the robot-testing floor: commercial equipment was either too expensive or only gave readings, not reports you could deliver. So we integrated everything ourselves — from load cell and DAQ to analysis software — and verified every specification by test.
Today the same platform extends to weather, vibration, energy and environmental monitoring for factories, R&D labs, farms and construction sites.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy only the software and use my existing sensors?
Yes. Most sensors with mV/V, RS485 Modbus, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V or USB outputs can be integrated — send us the model and we’ll check.
How is accuracy assured?
Each system is multi-point calibrated with a report before delivery; the software keeps raw data and calibration parameters and flags data quality.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Systems run and store data locally by default; add 4G or Wi-Fi when you need remote dashboards.
What is the lead time?
Standard systems ship in about 2–4 weeks; custom projects are scheduled in the quotation.
Do you offer rental or on-site demos?
Short-term rental and on-site demos are available for selected systems — mention it in the form.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers receive remote installation guidance and online training.
